Shipping

We ship our items via the best method with delivery confirmation included which means for most packages under the dimensions of 1 cu. ft. USPS Priority (including insurance) and First Class International Mail (without insurance) with Certificate of Mailing (ONLY provide confirmation of delivery). We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note that the USPS Priority Custom Registration number you received provide tracking and confirmation of delivery. Insurance is optional for the item delivered by 1st Class International Mail (optional and will be charged extra).  We are NOT responsible to the lost or damaged of unisured item.
 
We are using ONLY USPS for the reasonable postage. However, upon request and extra charge. UPS and FEDEX will be an alternative shipping method.

The shipping usually is taking 6-10 working days to arrive in Singapore from US. We are trying to avoid buyer being taxed by the custom. However, sometimes exception just happened. In this case, we would want the buyer email us immediately and buyer should responsible to all custom charges.

Combine Postage Discount is available when the purchase done more than 2 items.  
 
 
Payment

We expect communication from our buyer within 3 days from the date of purchased. Without prior communication, payment is expected within 7 days or we reserve the right to relist the item and submit a Non-Paying Bidder Dispute to Ebay. We accept ONLY PAYPAL. Please sent us an email with the item no, total amount,  shipping optional and latest delivery address once the buyer has made the payment.
